Tanglewood Assisted Living owns two Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) located in Plover, WI. These homes are: Maple Ridge of Plover and Maple Ridge of Plover Memory Care. Maple Ridge of Plover is licensed for 20 private rooms and is dedicated to providing 24-hour care and supervision to frail elderly residents who require assistance with everyday tasks, including personal care, meals and medication management.

Maple Ridge of Plover Memory Care is licensed for 20 private rooms and is designed for frail elderly individuals with moderate to advanced dementia, including Alzheimer's Disease.

History:
Tanglewood Assisted Living was incorporated in 2007 and is locally owned by Jessica and Brad Schmidt and Dr. Randy Wojciehoski. Tanglewood Assisted Living acquired the two Maple Ridge homes on September 1, 2007. Jessica is an on-site owner and serves as the administrator of both homes. Jessica has extensive long-term care experience, having managed both Maple Ridge homes in the early 1990's and for the past ten years, having worked as a manager with Community Care of Portage County. Dr. Wojciehoski is a local emergency department physician and medical-legal consultant. He functions as the medical director for both Maple Ridge homes. We are the only assisted living company in central WI to offer the expertise of a local, on-site physician medical director.
