The Resistance Chair program is a low impact exercise program done mostly while seated. Each participant must receive training before using the chairs along with a video. We are looking for a volunteer to offer this training to interested parties. Currently we offer one training session per month. The training session runs approximately one to one and half hours. The training involved for the demonstrator is one or two sessions at an hour to one and a half hours each. This position is currently filled, but we would like to have a substitute instructor for an as-needed basis.

Must have the ability to sit, stand and to assist others to do the same. A background check is required for all volunteers.
