Would you like to have an opportunity to…? • Build leadership skills and experience • Network and build long term relationships with community members • Have an impact on programming both internally and within agencies throughout Portage County These are just some of the benefits you will gain from volunteering as an Advisory Committee Member for your local Volunteer Center. In this influential volunteer role you would be responsible for attending a monthly meeting, sharing your ideas and recommendations, promote the Volunteer Center in the community, take part in one of the Volunteer Center’s annual events, and assist with implementing a strategic plan for the program.
