Help families in Portage County, while having fun with kids! The Family Resource Centers of Portage County offer occasional evening parenting and family education workshops for families in Portage County. We need your assistance in providing child care for children ages birth to 10 years old while their parent(s) attend the workshop in the next room. Child care for each program is provided at no charge. Workshops are approximately 2 hours long. Volunteers will be asked to supervise snack time and free play time.
Workshops are at night, 6 – 7:30 PM. Volunteers can sign up once a month or twice a month. Day of the week varies for each workshop.
Volunteers are required to provide their own transportation.  This opportunity is sponsored by: Family Resource Centers
