This volunteer opportunity is important because it helps people have access to the safe medical equipment they need. The volunteer will clean and sanitize donated durable medical equipment to be available for lending; inspect equipment for defects that may need to be repaired or disposed of; assist with organization of equipment within the loan closet.

Volunteers should have the ability to serve with minimal supervision, attention to detail, ability to follow directions in safe use of cleaning supplies and processes.
